Police and family say a pregnant woman who went to her Chicago home for Facebook\'s free baby clothing was strangled and her baby was cut from her womb.

Uriostegui\'s family has been looking for her since she disappeared more than three weeks ago, organizing a search party, holding a press conference, and urging the police to be updated on the investigation.
