Production Flow

Purchase cotton yarn and weave fabric with our machines, then dye the fabric with custom colors . After fabric is ok, we cut it with custom sizes pattern, and print / embroidery with your logos , then go on with sewing, ironing, inspection , package, Finally ship them to you .

1.Weaving

From Raw material. we can save cost for you, no need purchase fabric and reduce the gap price between fabric supplier and raw material supplier. Then weave the fabric ourselves, we can control the fabric quality.

2.Dying

We can dying the fabric with active printing stuffs to ensure the color is eco friendly and can pass the AZO free / color fastness test. And we can dye any color you want, no need use current colors.

3.Cutting

Our pattern master have more than 10 years experience, he is skillful with pattern software, and pattern machine, he can control the size well. we can make size and style patterns same as your sample or according your size specification, Custom your own size and style products.

4.Embroidery&Printing

With Over 20 years experience , Our Embroidery & printing factory can handle different kind of logo craft as you need, such as Silk screen printing, Rubber printing, Digital printing, heat transfer, sublimation, thick rubber printing, reflect printing, foil printing; normal Embroidery ,appliqué embroidery, 3D Embroidery ect.
